Labels for packaging
A sticker is an extremely simple way to make packaging design more attractive or to convey information. Stickers are produced using digital or screen printing and can be printed on a wide variety of materials, which should be selected based on the design and the surface to be printed on. White film, for example, works well on any color background, but transparent film is best suited for light-colored surfaces. Glossy film is ideal when glare isn’t a concern, while text printed on matte film is easier to read.
Digital printing is the better option if you need a smaller quantity of labels and want to use more than three ink colors. If you’re looking for a more durable solution, digitally printed labels can also be laminated. Screen printing is the way to go if you’re using 1–3 ink colors and need a larger quantity. Screen-printed inks last longer and offer a few more options, such as glittery colors or scratch-off finishes.
